I don't really like their coffee, it always tastes burnt. Meh.
I don't even drink coffee. What bothers me is closing 600 stores and laying off 12,000 people means that the management GREATLY over-expanded in recent years. Said management should get a huge in in their wages and benefits for their stupid decisions. But they are probably already somewhere else or will get pay and benefits raise from the stock price jump the higher profits will cause -- after all these stores are closed and people fired. Management wins no matter what. This is bad for business in the long term.
